Returning & Recovering

I want to thank everyone for their patients from this long time away. I have had health issues that required self care and healing. I am happy to announce that I have reopened my business & I am working out of Veranda, 2120 St. George Ave.Saskatoon on alternate days.

This "Grand Opening" will go until October 14th & at the end of October a draw will be made for one free hynpnotherapy, hypnojourneying or Shamanic Healing. For now, you can schedule your appointment by contacting me directly & in a few weeks you will be able to book your appointment online.

I will be speaking on "Healing" at a Venue out by Blaine Lake Saskatchewan at Thickwood Hills Adventure, Saturday, September 24th. Please see website for details. The talk will encompass my personal knowledge & experience on healing, stress, anxiety, panic & PTSD. The past few years have taken a toll on many people, myself included. It is important to recognize signs & symptoms of stress so it doesn't get out of hand.

Healers & Sensitives have been known to put everyone first before their own needs. Healing is our nature, our gift & who are but we must learn balance, boundaries & self care or we are no good to anyone...including ourselves. You don't have to be a healer to understand this. All of my clients have shown they pick up on subtle energy to some degree. We absorb the energy from other people, places & unseen energies. Being a sensitive or an empath is not a bad thing it means you need to be vigilant with self care & practice daily with clearing, grounding & other methods. But we are more susceptible to stress & anxiety

There are situations where we don't see "the forest for the tree's." We simply don't see our issues or moments in our daily life that continue our cycle of dysfunction. The signs & symptoms are so blended in with our day to day living we don't recognize where our line of "what belongs to us or to others" begins or ends. What ever drains you to the point that you have no energy to give a little bit back to yourself throughout the day or at the end of the day is a huge indication.

You do not have to suffer in silence or be overly medicated in order to return to a life with some balance. With the help of my healing team I learned more tools and better self care. I gained more knowledge, tools & methods that helped me recover & return to better balance in my life. Healing is ongoing because life changes but you don't have to loose yourself in the process...I call it "learning to surf."
