HYPNOTHERAPY
A natural approach to mental and emotional wellbeing

Hypnosis is an ancient art of transformation, practiced for millennia to heal the mind, body, and spirit. It is a gateway to the subconscious—the place where lasting change begins.
In a guided trance, the conscious mind relaxes, giving space to uncover and release deeply held patterns, beliefs, and stories. You remain fully aware, in control, and safe, while cultivating clarity, rewriting your inner narrative, and stepping into your innate power.
Hypnotherapy is a profound tool for those ready to move beyond the surface, transform from within, and create lasting change at its source.

Hypnotherapy with Sharon
Many people have told me my voice is calming and grounding, and that I naturally hold presence when with others—creating safety and ease even in vulnerable moments. Becoming a Certified Hypnotist felt like a natural extension of this ability, and I also bring years of experience as a life coach, sharing the wisdom I’ve gained from my own life.
I’ve heard people say they “can’t be hypnotized.” Often, this means a deeper level of trust is needed—they need to feel safe. Words and ideas are powerful, and when we declare limitations, that is exactly what happens.
Hypnosis is not stage entertainment. You remain fully aware, in control, and safe while accessing the subconscious and superconscious to release patterns that no longer serve you and create meaningful shifts in your life.
How Hypnosis Works
Hypnosis is a natural state we enter throughout the day, often when the mind is calm or deeply focused. Hypnotherapy guides you into this safe, relaxed state—similar to the moments just before sleep—where the conscious mind softens and the subconscious becomes accessible. In this state, you can release old patterns, shift limiting beliefs, and create new stories that support your growth. It is a gentle, effective, and safe method for transforming your mind, emotions, and life from the inside out.
This work is for those ready to explore inner change, release blocks, and create lasting shifts, supporting your broader journey of healing, self-discovery, and personal transformation.
The Conscious Mind
This is a part of your mind where your five senses enables you to consciously experience the physical world. It how we operate during our daily activities while we are awake. The conscious mind represents a small part of our consciousness and awareness.
The Subconscious Mind
This is the place below the level of conscious awareness. This part of the brain is in the lower brain and spine. The subconscious records everything we experience and everything we do; nothing is ever forgotten by this part of the mind and stays unseen from our routine awareness. Our subconscious has an enormous authority over how we think and act during our conscious state of being. Hypnosis helps us to relax that conscious part of the brain so we can access the subconscious. We connect to the subconscious to break unhealthy habits, retrieve outdated negative beliefs and safely reprogram. These outdated thoughts and experiences are reprogrammed with a new purposeful mindset that healthy for our current needs and desires.
The Superconscious Mind
The superconscious mind encompasses the state of awareness that sees outside physical existence. In this state, it taps into the energy and consciousness behind that reality. This hidden physical realm is referred to as ether, the cosmos, atmosphere, or heavens. The superconscious is where true creativity is found like art, music, poetry, or deep spiritual experiences. Those spiritual experiences can access information from past lives, akashic records, ancestors, spiritual guides, other dimensions etc.
