Shamanic Intuitive Coaching ~ Journeying Within & Finding Our Truth

When I began my spiritual journey, I did what many seekers do—I followed the path that felt right at the time. I became a Reiki Master after completing Levels 1, 2, and 3. For many years, I offered sessions and taught Reiki, supporting clients with loving guidance to help them find more balance and stability in their lives.

Before that, I was already deeply involved in helping others. I had completed Life Skills Coaching and Group Facilitation, worked as a peer coach in the workplace, and trained in Mentorship and Peer Group Counseling through a powerful program called Working for Women. Later, I earned a Youth Work Certification and worked with the Saskatchewan Tribal Council in Saskatoon. All of it felt meaningful and aligned. Every step built on the next, each one serving a purpose on my path.

But over time, I began to add more tools, trainings, and practices—some of which didn’t fully align with what I was truly meant to do. While they were valuable in their own right, I started to sense that they were taking me away from my deeper truth rather than leading me toward it. I was gathering, expanding, trying to “do it all,” when what my soul was really asking for was stillness, clarity, and connection.

The Shift: A Turning Point in the Journey

My purpose is still unfolding. I continue to learn what alignment feels like by practicing stillness, listening within, and paying attention to how my body, heart, and spirit respond to the path I'm walking. The deeper healing began when I turned inward—not to find one final answer, but to begin truly listening to myself.

It wasn’t about adding more tools or external achievements—it was about meeting myself honestly in the places I had long avoided. This is the real work. Some call it “shadow work,” where we face the parts of ourselves shaped by fear, doubt, trauma, or disconnection. It's about witnessing the patterns we carry, the beliefs that were never truly ours, and the ways we've learned to survive rather than live fully.

And I understand how hard this is—because I’ve lived it. Sometimes it's not that we’re avoiding healing… it’s that we simply don’t realize how deeply our patterns are running the show. We don’t see how our habits, thoughts, or relationships are silently draining our spirit—until we finally slow down and become still enough to notice.

That’s when it hits us: we no longer feel like ourselves. There’s a sense of being lost in our own life, like we’re walking through someone else’s story. Things look the same on the outside, but inside, we feel disconnected, like strangers in our own body and soul. We try to keep going, doing what we’ve always done—but deep down, something is calling for change.

Healing Is a Lifelong Journey

I’ve done a lot of healing work, and I still do—because healing isn’t a one-time event. It’s not linear, and it’s never finished. Healing is a sacred commitment. It’s the willingness to continually ask, What is still keeping me from living as my true self?

But I didn’t (and couldn’t) do this alone.

Mentors, healers, and spiritual guides were essential in helping me understand myself and unravel the wounds I had carried. Their reflections helped me see clearly. And even now, I call on a circle of trusted practitioners to support my growth and healing on every level—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Healing requires more than talk. It requires a full-body, full-soul integration. Trauma—even when it seems subtle—lives in the body and the cells. It impacts our nervous system, our health, our beliefs, and how we relate to life. We may walk around thinking “I’m fine,” but underneath… we’re not.

We Are Energy in Motion

We are not just physical beings—we are energy in motion. Every thought, emotion, and experience we have ripples through our body and spirit. When something deeply impacts us, it leaves an imprint. If we don’t address it, it can manifest as imbalance, illness, anxiety, or confusion.

This is why healing must happen holistically. It’s not just about mindset or behavior. It’s about tending to the energy and emotion beneath the surface.

When I speak of spirituality, I’m not referring to religion—I’m talking about the connection we have with all of life. It’s the way our body, mind, and spirit intertwine to create a sense of peace, love, and alignment. When we’re connected in this way, our intuition is strong. It becomes our compass. There is no fear, no doubt—only a deep, unwavering trust.

There Is No Wrong Time to Begin

It doesn’t matter how young or how old you are—it is never too early or too late to begin the healing journey. But it’s important to know: this kind of healing does not happen in a single session. It’s not quick, and it’s not instant. It’s deep, sacred work that takes time and commitment.

If you’ve been carrying trauma for most of your life, you will need time and support to unravel it. And that’s okay. There is no shame in that. In fact, there is deep courage in choosing to begin at all.

A Co-Creative Path to Healing

In my Shamanic Intuitive Coaching Sessions, we walk this journey together. This is not a one-way process—it is a co-creative, soul-centered space where your healing leads the way. Together, we explore where you are now, what your spirit is calling for, and who you are becoming.

We honor your healing needs, your spiritual traits, and the tools that will truly empower you. I offer a network of trusted, intuitive practitioners who support healing on all levels. We draw from a variety of practices—hypnosis, hypno-journeying, dreamwork, energetic protection, and visioning—to help you reclaim the parts of yourself that were lost along the way.

This is not just about fixing what’s broken—it’s about remembering what’s whole within you.

You Are Not Alone

You are not broken.

You are becoming.

You are remembering.

And you are ready.

If you feel called to begin—or to begin again—I’m here.

Together, we’ll walk the path back to your truth.

We also help other practitioners to rediscover their path
